Right now my parents live in suburbs area in MS
They are 59 and 45 years old, my dad is white and my stepmother is Asian

I plan to buy them a house in Houston area so they can live near to my little brother who just got into Rice University.
My budget is max $650k, can you suggest me a nice suburbs area for them ?
Preferably near downtown area because my stepmother will commute daily to there.

Thanks

Does your 45 year old stepmother know you are calling her a senior? You do realize that she's about Demi Moore's age, right?

If you want to place them between Rice and downtown, try looking in Southampton, Museum District, or Montrose. You can go to Houston Real Estate - Houston Homes, Houston Home Value and Houston Relocation to look at the available homes in the area. Use the mapping feature and pick the criteria you want.
