I'm a Chipotle fan and just noticed they've opened a new location near me at Queensbury and BW8 just south of I10. I'm glad I don't have to drive to Westheimer for my Chipotle fix now.

^ Man you are negative. This is the second post I have seen you respond to, and it's completely negative.

To OP: Yes I like Chipotle to. It's okay really. But to have on right by your place is pretty awesome.

Yes, the concept of multiple city centers is a bit silly However, the Houston metroplex is quite spread out and these are the next generation of malls in some regards.

I live in the area and we love the new town and country complex. There are some very nice restaurants, LifeTime Fitness, Studio Movie Grill, and Chipotle is a good cheap dining option. We went to Chipotle Saturday and the service was great- I was surprised how empty the place was, but I don't think many people know it is open yet.

CityCentre doesn't feel like an MPC Town Center..at all. The clientele is distintlly different.

And after the locals .... It's certainly the single, 30-year-old yuppy hangout.

It feels like a new thing in an old place. Unique.

As for Chipotle, eh. It's a KO owned company so I support it, but after that..it's one big burrito. It didn't go over at all in my old neighborhood near Voss. I think it opened and closed within a year.

If I want tacos, I drive along Beechnut or Bissonnet in Alief until I find a crowded place. Why go to Chipotle?

It might not feel like an MPC Town Center to YOU.

But living next to the one in Sugar Land, this is the same thing, except the difference in size.

the last thing I would call CityCentre is Unique...
