Thats what its been doing in DFW. To my knowledge Houston is following the same trend.

Dallas is not as bad as Houston, there are alot more international companies doing business here than any other city in TX. The inner loop and W-SW Houston is the most diverse.

Houston is ahead of Dallas in diversity, but metro to metro, I think both can mirror each other and sustain the same level as diversity as each other. Just a thought, but it could be a good representation for both cities/metros.
