Agreed.

Also, I have a problem with the picture - the American flag is upside down - the Mexican flag is backwards. I smell a Photoshop moment here (but not a good one).

Flying the flag upside down is a maritime distress signal.

As it stands the OP has came up with a source of his topic and all of the nay sayers are still set on discrediting the story......classic

Not saying if it's true or not, but I haven't seen any grounds other than your position on the issue to call it BS.

Correction. not just maritime. International. There is no denying that the U.S.A. is in distress.

If it was faculty who put the flags up, they should be fired. Not the kid suspended for changing it around out of respect for THIS country. Last I looked at my tax bill, this is America.

it wasn't flying, a kid hung up the mexican flag higher than the american flag in our commons on a wall, so another student removed it, and got suspended for 3 days and must pay back the student who put it up there. im a student there

KleinInTouch says Klein ISD has never flown any flag of another country or flown US flag upside down. The misinformation has caused some student disruption. So stop it already.

The kid's mother was just interviewed on Laura Ingraham's radio show and the story is true. He has been suspended for 3 days AND he has to pay restitution to the flag's owner (whoever that is).
