I would assume Cinco Ranch has the highest income in Katy

Average Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) in 2004: $89,149 (Individual Income Tax Returns)
Here: $89,149
State: $47,881

Here: $111,183

Valid to a point but Kingwood is huge, has limited ingress points, and is self contained. Most of the nice neighborhoods in Katy are much smaller and are not self contained.

Can somebody tell me anything about Houston at all i would like to maybe relocate there cause out of all the southern citities it looks to be one of the most desirable, but still I know nothing about it personally. I do hear it has more fortune 500 companies than any city in the U.S. accept for NYC. I also hear i has tropical weather and is not suffering but adding jobs unlike most of the U.S.A. So somebody tell me more is Houston really all that I would like to know that much.

Did you pick the zip code because it houses the City of Katy?

Remember that the City of Katy is only a fraction of the Greater Katy Area, which has 10 times the residents of the City of Katy
