Dean...I think a lot of folks got in early and bought their houses at very good prices. The prices have crept up out there--even on resale, and even with the current development still going on there.

jpgiordano, the Park-n-Ride is super easy. You buy a monthly pass (or single tickets) and then park your car in the lot (free) and take Metro's nice commuter buses (a bit more "plush" than a city bus, kind of like a tour bus or Greyhound) and they drop you off at various locales throughout downtown (or wherever you work, depending on the routes). It is a very underrated and well-planned system, most people that take it LOVE IT--it's nice to go sailing past cars sitting in traffic when you're on the HOV!
