Hello all,

My wife and I been in Fort Bend (near HWY 6) for about 2 year now. We have a single family home.

The problem is we need a carpenter or house repair person to come over and look at a trouble spot near the back door on the floor molding. The wood there is rotten. Not all the molding, just 2 feet molding right next to back door. During that heavy rain storm I noticed that wood back getting wet. I dont know how. Maybe some rain gets in through the back door. It may be termites as well. I just dont know.

Any help on locating a repair person for this or any recommendations?

Thanks
