I will like to know what are the best places to eat brunch in the following areas of Houston:

Energy Corridor & Westchase
Memorial/ Town & Country
Katy
Sugarland
Galleria

I'm not interested in Denny's or IHop type of establishments either.

Thanks in advance!

Backstreet Cafe has a great brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Not sure if it is it one of your areas though. It is on Sheperd right after W. Dallas before Allen Parkway.

Energy Corridor-One and the same with Memorial/T&C/CityCentre. But Omini Westside can be included.
Memorial/ Town & Country-Bistro Alex has a brunch, it's in the Sorella Hotel. Brio as well.

Katy-no clue
Sugarland-no clue

Galleria- Omni Hotel's, Noe, Brunch. I think the Grand Lux Cafe has Brunch. A little more down and dirty/Texas style would be Momma's Cafe.

And a fun place near Downtown...blanking on the name, help people!!....Amazing waffles and Fried Chicken. But it's more casual fun.

Go downtown on Dunstan to Benjy's. Bar none, the best of them all.

Just sayin'...

Breakfast Klub, next to T'afia? I don't consider it to be brunchy at all, but it is good when you want to clog something, LOL.

Best brunch places not by area:
Hobbit Cafe
Empire Cafe
Little Barnaby's

Best breakfast and bagels any day:

New York Bagel (off I think Hillcroft and Braeswood)
- it has not changed for the past 25+ years and is the only place I have found to have bialys
- cheap, consistent and really really good

I like Baby Barnabys, Le Peep and a new place I saw in the Heights called Lolas.

Of course their are many good mexican breakfast places...

Breakfast Klub is good but its a heavier plate...like you want to sleep when finished.
