The links in tbailey1138's post give the address. It's down on 3rd Avenue across from Pullman Square.

The incubator is different from the school. They are actually planning to build a new business school on 4th Ave between 15th and 16th streets. It’s now one big parking lot but used to be two businesses made up of the stain glass shop and a bar. Brad Smith donated like $25 million for it.

This is the one I was referring to. Thanks for the help!

n other board discussion, Marshall Health, along with Cabell Huntington Hospital and the Marshall’s schools of Medicine and Pharmacy, reported a plan to create additional parking for the Fairfield health sciences campus. Consideration is underway for a proposed four-story parking structure to be built between Charleston and Columbia avenues on an existing surface lot. Marshall Health is planning to apply for tax-exempt bonds to finance the construction of the parking garage.

Would the existing surface lot referenced be the lot between the Forensics Science and Byrd Clinical Buildings? Which would be the old playing surface from Fairfield Stadium.

I don’t believe so. I think they are referring to the lot that actually runs from Columbia to Charleston on the eastern side of 15th street. It’s where the row of houses was that they tore down a couple of years ago.

Interesting. That lot isn't very wide for a project like a parking garage.

Seems like it’d be about the width of the Pullman garage, about half a block.

I just got done taking a look at the old Marshall master plan from 2013. Is there an updated version on how far they've got or if they have changed views on certain additions. A few of the ideas in the plan seemed new to me like the "Herd Way", Jenkins Quad, and close Maple St. between 18th and 19th.

Also, any idea on what Marshall will do with the spot where Husson's Pizza currently is. It says on the Master plan that it will be "Mixed Use Residential Building". Anyone have more info on this?
