Renting in Huntington with a Dog (Kenova, Barboursville: apartments, to rent, house)

We are having a difficult time finding a place to rent that allows dogs. Does anyone have any names of some place we could try? We're looking at the Kenova/Huntington/Barboursville/Ashville areas. We will be moving in 3-5 years because of the military so we don't want to buy a house but it looks like we are running out of options.

I would suggest Garden Tree Apartments off of East pea ridge Rd near Barboursville. Im in the military and stayed there for two years. One of shipmates lived there too and had a dog with her. Its a nice, quiet neighborhood close enough to the city of Huntington that it wouldnt be a strain.

If you haven't already, then check out the local newspaper's website. Click on apartments at the top and then click on the Huntington area. From the next page you will have the option to pick all of the things you are looking for in an apartment, including allowing pets. Hope this helps and here's the link.
