Folks,
I am planning to take a long drive from Northern Virginia to Kansas City. Thinking of taking I-64W .
Right now I am zeroing on either Huntington WV or Princess KY for overnight stay.
Is there any other city I can consider ?

Thanks

Well i'm guessing it will have to be Huntington, considering Princess isn't along I-64 (I had to look it up because I hadn't heard of it before) Huntington has a few hotels along the interstate esp around 29th St, and the Huntington mall exits. If it was me personally i'd stay in the one up around the Huntington mall, it seems to be nice. I've never staid in it personally but it looks nice on the outside. I believe the nicer one is the Holiday Inn if I remember right.

This might help:

I would suggest the new hotels right off of the 16th street exit adjacent to I-64.

The Comfort Inn in Cross Lanes is halfway between Charleston and Huntington. Its located right next to the casino and they have a nice pool and hot tub in there, one of the nicest I've seen. The pool and hot tub are in a tropical enclosure that is definitely a welcome relief from the weather we've been having lately.
