Can't say the Obama tax credit didn't work in Huntington. Heck, that's probably his best idea since he took office. I have a friend working at Kroger pharmacy in Huntington that just bought a house himself.

Maybe that's the reason... the tax credit for first time homeowners. If that's so, it's the only thing the current administration has foisted on us that is working.

A $7500 tax credit has been in effect for about 2 years...the ante was upped $500.

What was considered was $15,000...shot down by our very frugal congress.
