I am moving from a major city to Huntington, WV and am trying to find the nicest/most expensive apartments in the area. Does anybody have any ideas? I have been looking at apartment sites and the rents all seem to top off at $600 for a 1 bedroom, am I missing something?

Thanks

Here are some apartments that may suit your needs:

Seneca Ridge Townhomes

There are also several different buildings around Huntington on a smaller scale that may offer what you are looking for but you have to drive around and find them. Here's the Tri-State rental guide that may be somewhat helpful in looking for an apartment:

If you are interested in a condo downtown for purchase, there are also these options as well:

Welcome To The St. James Condominiums

9th Street Flats
Open House for Downtown Living in Restored Structure - Huntington News Network

New condos being developed in Love Hardware building across from Pullman Square by Capital Ventures Corp.
Capital Venture in Huntington, WV 25701 - (304) 697-2787

I hope this is helpful.

Tim

Default Thanks so much!

Thank you for taking the time to post all of that, Tim. I didn't see any of this when I was posting online.
