if it works out like ive been told....it is....more so than you'd think. I'll say this, it's not an auto manufacturer. I'd love to tell, I really would, but the announcement should be coming pretty soon.

lol....its a factory that converts huntsville's second hand smoke into clean burning fuel that replenishes the ozone layer at $0.20/gallon. Wouldn't that be cool? Too bad that'll never happen.

It's worth more than just the $ figure (which I don't know) in this case. This type of business coming to Huntsville will open the doors for more of them to move here, as well as supporting companies. As far as the industry...I can't say just yet, but I'll give the last hint...not aerospace.

Mainly because it's not finalized yet. I really shouldn't have commented on the thread to begin with, but I couldn't help myself. There's a lot of good news flowing into the area right now and we're starting to see much more outside interest from other sectors and industries. It's a great time to live in North Alabama.....as long a the government (state & federal) doesn't screw it up.

The peak of coolness: Wind turbine manufacturing @ Decatur Delphi plant employing Gulf Coast residents affected by the oil spill (BP-paid relocation)for cool Indiana wind farms.

I would not want to live next door to a wind turbine farm.
