It's been a while since I've been on here and just happened to think about it and check today (site redesign, new agents, etc). Good timing, huh?

No updates as of yet. The GE news is fantastic, but not what I was speaking of. I thought we may have already had an announcement, but now it could be into the first of the year. Hopefully something soon, though.

The Decatur Daily reported Sunday that a "mystery industry" could be coming to Limestone County.
"On Monday, the Limestone County Commission approved a $30,000-budget revision for industrial development. The money goes to the Limestone County Economic Development Association. Commission Chairman David Seibert said the money is for an industrial prospect. When asked if it is related to rumors about an industry interested in locating at the Delphi site in Tanner, Seibert said, “It’s one of the prospects we’ve been hoping to announce.”
In April, the commission approved allocating $10,000 for industrial development and for the local development group to use as needed to entice an industry here."
