I would think a Bakery would need to be near where people live and do their regular shopping. I would think somewhere near lots of residential areas and in a convenient location for getting in/out. Making a special trip to the bakery should be as convenient as possible. I live in Madison so I'm only really familiar with the shopping in that area, but I would think somewhere in the Hughes Road area or County Line Road area would be good.
