I was surprised they were building a stand alone Sushi place. Of course I'm not keen on the stuff, but I know some people just love the stuff.

I can't wait until the I Love Sushi opens....YUM! It will also be so nice to have a Zaxby's on this side of town....I love their chicken fingers but never get over to the one on Wall Triana.

My world would be complete if they would open a Starbucks in the County Line area

Me too, I'm a sushi addict - Uni and salmon roe with quail egg are my favorites that are available locally.

...hopefully next to a Chick-fil-a! I'm sure if they opened a Starbucks within walking distance of Heritage Plantation and the new school or the neighborhoods around Publix, they would get tons of walk-in customers.

In other news, it looks like a new Indian restaurant is opening in one of the vacant spaces between Publix and Sakura on County Line Rd.

I had heard that Wendy's was looking for something west of County Line or maybe on County Line south. The local franchise doesn't own the one in Athens, that's out of Bowling Green, KY.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE that Indian restaurant, a lot better than Sitar! I did not like it at first as much as I do now, but I think they changed management or something because the food is so much better and I love how they bring you a basket of freshly toasted naan rather than having to fight people on the buffet for it. We actually used to go to the Spice of India on Madison Blvd, they had the best chutneys IMO.

Also just saw where there is also going to be a Hibachi Express by the Lawlers/Firehouse Subs at the new Madison hospital. I have never been to the one on University....any opinions???

I was underwhelmed. I went to the one in the MSM today, it's a different chain, but the same food basically. It's still above average after all these years...

But as much as I like Hibachi I would be willing to give it a try, if it were on that side of town...
