I need info on car lots that will finance almost anyone. A friend of mine just got rear ended and they totaled her car. It was a very old car and she is only getting about 1500.00 from the insurance company. (The guy that hit her didn't have insurance.....glad her insurance will cover it.)

She has had a rough time of it over the last 2-3 years. Her husband died, her 16 yr old dog died, her mother died, she was diagnosed with Lupas, her car was totaled. She doesn't have anyone to help her, so DH and I are trying to come up with something for her. She has to have a car to get to her job of 12 years.

Need to find a reputable "buy here, pay here" type of car lot. Does anyone know a place like this or have any ideas?

Reputable "buy here, pay here" car lots? Never heard of such a thing. If she has a 12 year work history and $1500 dollars any real dealer could get her into a car that will stay running. Please stay away from the junk dealers, they get their cars from auctions.

Have her apply at capitalone.com for a loan. I have heard that they aren't too picky. Then she can get a check from them to buy a car, abd get one from a dealer
