I don't think you have too many options downtown. There's Belk Hudson which just opened and also 301 east, last time I checked 301 East they didn't have many units left

You might want to check out the Providence apartments on Walden Run Circle over next to the Providence retail/restaurants off of University Blvd. You can walk over to Mellow Mushroom and the other restaurants from there, and there is a walking trail that is good if you have dogs. it is a pretty good vibe over there and probably only will get better. You could say Providence is the downtown in Huntsville. LOL although I think downtown Hville is nicer than people give it credit for.

I stayed in the Providence Apartments for a month when we first moved here. They are very nice and spacious. They are worth a look

Twickenham Square Artisan may be available around the beginning of the year, you might check on homes in
Twickenham and Old Town Historic districts that may be renting.

thanks, im coming next weekend, definitely checking out providence place, looked into belk hudson & 301 east, twickenham doesnt seem available yet? any other recommendations for downtown? thanks, jim
