Does anyone have any recommendations for a great realtor. I have a 100 yr old bungalow in five points and it might be a hard sell so I need someone good. This is my first time selling so I need someone I can trust to guide me through the process. Thanks!

We have several realtors who post on here and give out valuable advice. You will see a house icon by their name.

We do not allow posting recommendations of Realtors however members can send you a direct message with their recommendations,.

I love 5 Points bungalows! I don't think you'll have as hard a time selling as you think. 10 years ago that probably would've been a perfect home for me and my wife. But now with 3 kids, my guess is it would be way to small. We used to live in a cool little 1225 sq ft early 20th century bungalow in Ardsley Park Historic District in Savannah, Georgia about 10 years ago. We loved that old house a put a lot of work into it. Hated to sell it actually. But we could never live in a home that small now. Point is, a 5 Points bungalow could be perfect for a young couple or even a single professional. Downtown is really starting to pick up and 5 Points is a perfect area for folks who want to be close to the action and not for where most people would work either. Good luck.

What price range are you talking? It's not something that is up my alley for listing, but I could direct you to the ones I would use. Shoot me a DM.

We sold our 100 year-old bungalow in Five Points, on Clinton Ave, without a problem. We were on a high traffic road and had plenty of interested buyers.

I have some friends looking in that area. DM me the stats, pics, and your info I will pass it on. Perhaps you might sell with having to pay a comission.
