Many on this forum may be familiar with this simple but very good magazine.
This months edition has a very good story about the history of "Old Railroad Bed Road".
When I moved to Madison County in 1990, I spend my first 5 years in the area called Bobo near the intersection of Old Railroad Bed Road and Pulaski Pike.
The I moved to Madison and lived 10 years on Old Railroad Bed Road.
And today I'm still living close to Old Railroad Bed Road.
And all those years I was looking for the history of this name and never was able to find it.
Well, thanks to this nice magazine I finally found the history part of this road and the little communities besides it.

I perused through it today at the Tenders in 5pts.

Very good article.

I didn't have any change on me, so I didn't take it with me. I'll have to put a dollar in the box, next time I have any on hand.

So what was it? It'll be a few days before even getting to town and finding the mag is unlikely.

It started with a railroad company that made a connection between Decherd, TN and Tanner, AL.
This in the late 1800s.

Yeah, it's a lot to type. I kind of thought you should have posted the info, but after reading I can see why you didn't!

It's pages. But it's not on their site, the site actually doesn't look updated.
