When is the last time you've been in Athens? There is a huge need for more good restaurants there, also the interstate provides access that Madison or Huntsville don't. Finally, even though there may be larger populations in Madison and Huntsville, those places are over saturated with sandwhich/sub shops already, I think Athens would be an excellent location, it is finally growing.

I was in Athens last month. I still stand corrected.
