Cool.

I never ate at Duffy's, but I am happy they are retiring and not going out of business.

MUCH happier to hear a new place will be on Whitesburg. I like that area.

Well, I guess I have to go to Duffy's this week. Though the tortilla soup in a bread bowl is excellent, I never eat there as it's just not a handy location for me.

Well, I hope you guys enjoy the new place. I'd rather Duffy's stay around, but frankly, I haven't been a good customer as I think it's been a decade since I ate there. We'll have to take my mother-in-law there next week before they're gone.

I'll miss the White Chili and "The Dagwood" sandwich.

I have never been to Duffy's in all these yrs (also not a convenient location for me) but I've always heard great things about it.

We went to eat lunch there today at 11 a.m. Doors were locked and no cars were in the lot. I guess it's gone.

Crap!

I let a lot of folks know about this on the Huntsville Revisited forum on Fbook. They were set for a banner final month!

I hope it's just a holiday weekend closure.

I will drive by this coming week and hopefully get lunch.
