I have noticed that this particular gas station always has extremely high gas pump prices that fluctuates from the norm of other stations in Huntsville and the state. Looks like a Mom and Pop operation there, but gas prices have dropped to Nearly $2.50 per gallon what gives with this gas station.

They seem to be on again off again selling ethanol free gas, which will cost a bit of premium, but nowhere near 50 cents more than the nearest station.

They sell ethanol free gas. It is required for some boat engines as you can't use ethanol in them. A lot of people use it in their small engines because ethanol gas gums up in the carburetor when your gas equipment sits for a couple months. I don't ever go there to get gas when I need ethanol free because it isn't a convenient location but I do know by word of mouth that they have it. Maybe they have hit a niche market?
