Hey, it seems that many Alabamians are oblivious to the fact that the national ID system is underway, and set to be implemented by May 2008.

Are you aware that Alabama has been in the process? I'm in TN at the moment, and thank god the Tennesseans sent a rejection to congress and have decided to keep their independence.

However, after speaking to relatives and friends in AL, they are clueless about what's going on. I'm not saying it's good or bad, although I do worry about our individual liberties. What's troublesome is the lack of coverage for something of this magnitude, and the lack of discussion amongst our citizens.

Real Nightmare

"Big brother is bad enough. Do you really want him working for the DMV?"
--Knute Berger, Seattle Weekly, January 18, 2006.

See which states have opposed the federal Act and stand in defiance, a lot actually:

New ID rules may complicate air travel - Yahoo! News (broken link)

There's finally an article on the National ID, and it doesn't even make the top news on CNN's site! The top news includes OJ simpson, Britney Spears, Nicole Ritchie, and other trivial events versus this ID system that affects the WHOLE UNITED STATES.

And only 17 states have rejected the federal government's threats. Wow. Losing our freedoms more and more each day. Alabama is not even one of the states rejecting, and all this is to be done by May 2008!

You know, maybe people do need to be ruled centrally. Maybe most of us are dumbasses that need to be told what to do. So, nevermind, I'm actually going to support whoever promotes this National ID, and the North American Union, the Amero, etc. Yes the Amero is real and is in the works too, but just like this National ID system, most people won't even know about it until it is too late. "Oh that will never happen." hahahahahaha! Duh, that's why no one is really going to do anything about our borders. Once NAU happens, there will be no such thing as "illegal alien" in the hispanic sense of the word. Let it happen. Maybe I should send some money to La Raza too. Actually, since one of the orchestrators of La Raza is appointed on Hillary's campaign, I'll just vote for her instead of Ron Paul. He's not going to win anyway, and I don't want to "waste" my vote.
