Being from Texas, I have been searching high and low for some good Texas barbecue in Alabama. This may be what we've been looking for. Is the brisket good and smokey, charred on the outside and moist on the inside? I'm keeping my I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I think they've got the best brisket. I think there are a few other places that do as good pulled pork.
