I don't remember who all recommended Chuck Wagon BBQ in Huntsville but we went today and it was wonderful. We recently relocated from Texas to Decatur and we love it here but we have missed our BBQ brisket. We tried many a restaurant but we just don't understand things like white sauce and only pork being served. What brisket we have found has been awful. So again….THANK YOU. We now have everything we need to be happy.

Glad you took our recommendation! They've been really hopping the last 6 months or more. Hopefully that will allow them to get into a little bigger place.

There's now a Chuckwagon BBQ in Huntsville???!!!

Or did the rumored city of Huntsville takeover of the city of Madison finally happen and no one on CD found out about it?

Which is it?

I am in the minority here but I love Gibsons over Chuckwagon. CW is MEH in my book.

Or option 3 and it is the general way people speak of metro areas in regards to their core cities, especially if they are new to the area like the OP is and don't really know where one stops and the other begins... Nah, you're right - too much competition up there for that to happen. HSV must've annexed the land under CW.

It is strange how that area is zoned. Chuckwagons may be in Huntsville? I know when I worked at Engelhard across the street, our address was Huntsville. Although, we all consider the area Madison.
