Hello everyone, I am new here and I am looking for some help. Currently we live in Iowa but we are relocating to the southern tn, northern Alabama or north western Georgia area. We are zeroing in on northern Alabama because that is just far enough away from Chattanooga Tn to not be living in the city. So I and my husband have been looking on-line to many news papers on-line trying to find a nice home in a nice safe as can be area. I was wondering if anyone from here can help me with links to other sites for rentals, we can't buy right now. My husband is in manage ment and most likely the company will pay to move us, but I want to find the nicest area that we can afford. I love the country, but I don't want to be so far out you don't have any neighbors at all. I mean I want to live in the country but If its not possible oh well. ugh, can anyone help me. Just let me know.
Pamela
P.S. The picture attached to this is of my husband and myself. I just love him so much. Almost 22 yrs married as of the 14th of September.

What is your price range for renting? There are lots of small towns in N. AL around H'ville. Do you want to be close to shopping? I am assuming schools are not a concern. What about travel time to and from work? Restaurants or alcohol desired?

Does any particular area stand out as a place to iive?

There are alot of areas you can choose from in Northern Al.

Now when you say you would like to be out in the country, do you mean like a farm, or just away from a city/downtown area?

Hsv is unique in the sense that a 15min drive can take you from the city to wide open spaces.

Is there a reason you're orienting to Chattanooga? Because NE Alabama is still a pretty far drive, AND it's in another time zone.
