That's really good news because it's in ADDITION to the announcement yesterday of the Lockheed Martin LRDR contract win.

Also, a couple weeks ago an auto parts supplier announced they were building or opening a manufacturing facility in Athens. Can't remember the name, but they make injection molding stuff. Not M-Tek. Anyone remember?

Huntsville and county leaders have been working on this project for 2 years.
Huntsville metro is only two counties, Birmingham is seven.

If you weren't so new here you might have known there are two auto manufacturers that just announced 3/4 billion dollar investments in seven hundred jobs here in town.
This is not a competition and doesn't need to be, but it is good to keep up if you are going to make posts like this.
