Only 50 employees, but they're reasonably high level. The must be investing a lot in the building and computer equipment inside. Regardless, another nice annoucement for the area.

Expected...data centers don't typically create very many jobs. The $13M data center announced by DC BLOX earlier this year is supposed to bring just 12 high jobs.

I've got to admit that I don't really have a good handle on what "data centers" do. Lots of automation involved?

Looks like it will be south of 565 and north of Governors, passing just to the south of the hotel that's currently in Constellation. Check out the 2nd picture in the link below, which is looking toward the southwest:
