^ those cluster of offices in the bottom right bring back memories! pretty sure my orthodontist was there... about 20 years ago.

is this rendering someone's conceptual idea of what could go on the coca-cola site, or is that an actual proposal?

AC Hotel completion is dragging a bit, probably early, mid February opening. No word on start date for food hall or other phase of construction at City Centre.
The food complex across from the Avenue is nearing completion, (Moes BBQ and Italian restaurant).
Construction crane has been up a while now for the new hospital parking deck behind women's and children and we will see a lot of activity on Gallatin for their new patient tower going up soon.
also construction on RFCU HQ building is in full swing. A lot of construction activity downtown for the coming year or two at least.

Coca Cola site signage is from Rocket Development Partners from New York. Their projects are tall in size and unique in architecture. Let’s cross our fingers!!

Default Rocket Development Partners

Does this current investment opportunity posted on the Rocket Development Partners website describe the Coke Cola site? Sounds like it to me.

Yes, this development would also help explain the lack of progress at Constellation. Big city, big money developer from New York.
Anticipated to include multi-family residential, retail, hospitality and office buildings.
This project has been in the works for some time.

I must be missing something, but all I saw when googling "Rocket City Partners" was a Facebook page and a LinkedIn page, with very little information on either. Nothing specific about a new development anywhere. Can you provide a link?
