When I saw so many responses, I was hopeful that there would be many companies recommended. I'm

That'll make some kids happy. I assembled a large one for my child. It was delivered as a bunch of raw lumber and hardware, so I had to do all of the measuring, cutting, drilling, fitting, nailing, bolting from a set of plans. I'll bet that kit is mostly pre-cut and pre-drilled, with the occasional missing/misplaced hole. It'll still be a bit of a time-consuming affair, so hiring someone will be rather costly.

I hate that people haven't take your question more seriously. We purchased our set from Lowes on 72 about five years ago, and they sent an absolutely wonderful man named Clint over to install it. I still remember his name because he was fantastic. Perhaps you could contact that store and see if they would be willing to give you his contact information?

I had John's Jungle Gyms put mine together when I moved here 9 years ago. They're on Holmes.

What?!?! Who hasn't taken the question seriously? Some of us have relayed our own experiences with such matters so that an honest agreement might be realized when an estimate for the work is presented.

If you can't find someone in your price range (hiring someone for that work can be expensive), you can look up the company online and there should be downloadable instructions for putting it together if they didn't come in the box.

Those things are a JOB to be sure, but it's not *complicated*, just time consuming. You just follow the steps one by one.

I was in a similar situation to you when we got ours (husband working long hours and a little one in tow). I sorted out the parts (honestly one of the most time-consuming tasks is just sorting the parts!) and husband and I together put up the foundational structures in a few hours on a Saturday, and then throughout the rest of the following week I was able to finish it off in alone (bolting in the railings, putting on the shingles, the plastic play structure bits, etc.) when I had a few minutes here and there during kiddo naps and such. You do need a power drill or it will take forever.
