They usually stop the fences at the turn arounds but if they don't then you find the next turn around that isn't fenced or turn at the next exit.

As you no doubt know ... you can't legally make a U-turn on an interstate or any other freeway. You have to go to the next interchange. There are occasional emergency crossovers, but that's only for police and other authorized vehicles. If you use it you'll get a ticket if they see you. Not to mention it's dangerous.

Odd. The northbound lanes have been paved for about a year, and striped as a two-lane road for about 6 months. I don't think I've ever seen a road project go so slowly, but then I drive it every day. I don't think it took this long to build all of 565.

Yes ... but the northbound lanes end in a "swamp." They've had to ask the Corps of Engineers for permits and assistance to continue building through that area. Apparently, the Corp does not feel our sense of urgency.
