And we are fighting mad.... this is one more example of the problems plaguing anybody buying here in Madison City. Hampton Cove is a better bet, but IMHO, the high school is too far away from the cove to make it convenient for enjoying life of the school.

A commercial development/gas station/whatever, will NOT benefit any of the neighborhoods along Balch or Gillespie.

But as usual, WP will be affected the worst.

I'm tired of fighting for our neighborhood. It's getting very old. And we're not the only ones in the area undergoing these problems. I can't recommend a move to the area at all.
