I think I have answered my own question here, but thought I'd share.
It is under contract. This portion of land is listed by McLain Real Estate and is
125.95 acres. It is one lot, but is available to be bought in parcels. Zoned commercial, retail, office, industrial -
NOT residential . Has frontage on both Old Highway 20 and County Line Road.
This is
City of Huntsville property , zoned "Commercial Industrial Park District."

Last I heard, the new baseball stadium (if there is one) would be in Town Madison, which is a large development south of Madison Blvd, and between Zierdt Rd and Wall-Triana Hwy.
