Does anyone know what's going on north of 72 on Balch? They're clearing land just north of CVS and also at the corner of Balch and Capshaw.

I don't think the one at Capshaw/Balch is part of Clift as it is on the SW corner. I saw the sign for some retail center, but can't remember the name...definitely wasn't Clift Farms. It will back up to the Legendwood neighborhood and those folks seem to be losing all the woods they had behind their lots.

The area I am asking about is on the west side of Balch.

There was a sign there a while back saying that Breland was starting a housing development there (this is on the West side of Balch and North of the CVS).

County Tax Assessor map shows this land owned by BRELAND HOMES LLC, so this may be accurate.
