The Funeral Home at the Redstone Road/ South Parkway intersection is being torn down. The trailer park and other businesses next door were cleared out earlier as well. I think Breland bought this land. Does anyone know what the plans are here?

In the late 90's, the engineering company I worked for had a couple of all hands meetings at this funeral home.

They only bought a relatively small parcel of land. The surrounding properties are owned by others.

Default Trailer Park and Funeral Home cleared

Anyone heard what is going to be done on these lots at the intersection of Redstone Road and South Memorial Parkway?

Are you sure about that? If you look at my previous post it seems more complicated than that.

The land the Twickenham Funeral Home was located on was sub-divided (24 & 24.001). The addresses for these are 11611 Memorial Parkway South and 11613 Memorial Parkway South. Public records shows two owners for these properties. To further confuse things a google search on each of these addresses get Twickenham Self Storage LLC.

The old trailer park (81&82) according to public records is owned by Safe Mini Storage.

Default Storage and Retail

Ok, I heard Breland bought this and is putting storage in the back and retail out front. The retail part will have Starbucks, Popeyes and others as tenants.

Oh no! Popeyes!!! What good health I was clinging to will soon be gone if Popeyes comes down south!
