May be relocating to Huntsville area. Will be looking for 55+ communities or patio homes, condos. Prefer new build or at least <5yrs. We prefer smaller communities as we don't partake of amenities. Do NOT want retirement communities per say since we are not there. LOL We basically want to down size as well as minimize maintenance since we both have hobbies that require travel. Need at least 2k sq feet with min. 2 car, prefer 3 car garage.
