My boyfriend and I are going to be going to Huntsville in June and we were wondering if there were any good karoke places on Friday nights?

We were also looking for some restaurant suggestions.

Thanks!

As a visitor non-native to Huntsville (and whose boss pays for his dinner....) here's my suggestion: You might want to check out some of the native type restaurants like Old Greenbrier (NE of HSV airport) and Big Bob Gibson's BBQ in Decatur. There are many others and lots of posts on the HSV forum. I also like some of the ethnic places on Jordan Lane; there's an Indian place and also a Korean place. Tasted good to me.

The Finest Barbecue, Pork, Chicken and Catfish Greenbrier Restaurant! Welcome

Here's what I found for Karaoke simply using Google Maps:

Thanks for the suggestions. I appreciate it.

I think that place is only for renting the equipment. We were looking for a place like a bar to actually go sing karaoke.

I love Bonefish Grill (SE Hsv) and 801 Franklin (downtown). I don't sing karaoke (and can't spell it , honestly have not been to any type of bar in close to 10 years. Sorry can't help with that part, but I love to eat!! Humphreys is good too, and downtown, not sure if they have karaoke, it is also a bar. Maybe LeeAnns? I'm sure someone much younger and cooler will respond to that part. Have a great time.

Benchwarmers on University Drive have karaoke on some nights. I heard that Mason's Pub in downtown hosts karaoke on some nights as well.
