Just moved into the Madison area and looking for a place to worship. All commercials talk about families and kids. How about a place for us middle age (40'S) divorce and single to go and feel welcome and to be accepted as part of the fellowship.

Hi!
I am Catholic and I recommend checking out the local Catholic parish in the area.

Default Wbc

Whitesburg Baptist Church in southeast Huntsville has a large singles group and I've heard good things about the divorce care program at WBC as well. I don't know about the churches in Madison.

I've heard that Asbury Methodist is a nice church--big with lots of different groups. It's on Gillepsie at Wall Triana (I think--not sure about where the streets cross).

If you are visiting churches, try Asbury MEthodist on Hughes in Madison and Crosspoint Church on Hughes is good also. Both have a lot of different groups and good youth groups. We ahve known families that go to both and they are great people.

The Brook on 72 in Madison has a great singles group. You should check it out if you haven't found a place yet. It's a great place to worship.
