This has been a very helpful thread and it's nice to know there are realtors on the list. I really like my agent and she did have an appt with a TVA rep to meet her at the property to get shown the easement, and the same day she was going to the courthouse. But both of us were upset at the selling agent's attitude and decided they were probably hiding something. I'm actually looking closer to town now, with a hope for finding property on the lake that we can build on, or put a trailer on for the weekends or something.
