I mean, I feel that that area's land is going to be developed any way. If you've noticed alot of retail chains that have 2 locations in Huntsville have one location on University Drive and one in the Parkway area. I think that a Khol's in that area will keep people from traveling to Madison to shop.

Unfortunately that Kohl's is in Huntsville and not Madison.
