Alabama's Air Quality Failing

According to the Gadsden Times article, "Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile and Montgomery contain enough dangerous chemicals to potentially cause severe health problems."
I could not find the Huntsville Times article, but I do know it was published around December 24th, 2008. You can also access the Conservation Alabama Foundation website to see the full report. It breaks it down by city and area affected.
