Where does one buy maternity clothes -- especially a swimsuit -- in Huntsville?

From a frugal mom-to-be stand point: Walmart (not the best looking, but again I was no fashionista), Target, Burlington - to me, 9 months (or rather 6-7) of ever changing, expanding waistline (and other lines), in a span of 2 seasons were not worth investing in maternity clothes. So, I went the cheap-o way: bought a few larger "normal" clothes (tops) -a regular M wearer, I would buy an L, XL for this purpose, I would then wear the clothes in the months after the baby.

For swimsuit-have no clue (the mall maybe?).

Hmmmn...Pea In The Pod is in Birmingham...I have no idea what they have around here for retail in the malls because I'm not much of a mall person anymore. Bridge Street must have something in the way of boutique...I'd be hitting Target for the Lang/Lange assortment and buying tunics/shifts to wear over adjustable capris or leggings.

There is one free-standing children's boutique somewhere around here...doesn't look like anything from the outside, but might be worth a perusal. (something something and Mama too...or like).

Old Navy and Gap have maternity fashions - but I do not know if you will find this in the store or only online?

Most of my friends wore non-maternity babydolls, leggings and empire-waisted dresses.

There is a maternity store in Madison Square Mall, second floor, down toward Belks. That's where we got all of my daughter's clothes. I think she picked up a couple of things at Target, too. There was more selection when I was pregnant with her 27 years ago!

It's nice if you can just get an L or XL, but many of us aren't built that way...
