There's a blog called Huntsville Development news, the author of which occasionally posts on this forum

Huntsville Development News

Huntsville Development - Google Maps

I drive by constellation every day and nothing is happening there.

Well, I'm sure a lot of people on here are wondering about those projects. Constellation should be starting soon, but it's been that way since 2007. So nothing new there. Now with WaterStone, the most recent construction start date I've heard is November.

And if you haven't already, you should go check out that blog/map that Charles posted. It has some pretty good stuff.

Zeirdt rd seems to be a hot bed of activity. Hopefully with all these developments it doesn't. Get overcrowded like 119 in birmingham,I read somewhere they has over 4000 houses being built around zeirdt road. One question I have for e board is how is columbia high in your opinion.

Be careful when reading the ratings for new-ish out-of-the-box kind of programs (magnet, charter): The International Baccalaureate program is in the same building as Columbia High. There are 2 different entities:
Columbia High AND New Century Technology High School
Huntsville City Schools

and the GS rating here:
New Century Technology Demo High School - Huntsville, Alabama - AL - School overview 9/10
Columbia High School - Huntsville, Alabama - AL - School overview 6/10

I'm sure same goes for LEE with the 2 magnet programs it's housing:
