We live in the Buckhorn school district (The Bridges on the River) and there is at least one house available for rent in our neighborhood. I can get more information, if interested.

Also, Flint River Animal Hospital just opened next door and they offer boarding. Might get kinda expensive, but possibly an option.

There is a Microtel Hotel on Shields Road in the Buckhorn School District. Obviously, it's a hotel and not set up like a Residence Inn, but just wanted you to know that it's there in case it could help in a pinch.

Yeah unincorporated areas use the mailing city of the post office that serves them. I don't live in an unincorporated area of Madison county but have a Huntsville address. If you our your kids go to Sparkman or Buckhorn you don't live in the Huntsville or Madison city limits.
