There are no good chinese take-out in Huntsville. I have been here 5 years and I have yet to find one. I can't even find a decent pizza here also.

Golden Star off Oakwood. They'll make Hunan Tofu for me even though it isn't on the menu. Everything is fresh and crisp. Sauces are not congealed.

China taste off of Bob Wallace (across from Sonic) or China Cook (but that would be way out of your way. Two best places for chinese take out to me.
