I see things are picking up at the Constellation site. Lots of equipment and what look like storm drain or water pipes or something.

I really hope Constellation can do for downtown what the downtown area needs: people.

I wouldn't be surprised. Kate Spade, Juicy Couture, and Lucky Brand are all Liz Claiborne concepts. I think, generally, they like to go into developments together. Since Kate Spade closed, it's very possible the other two concepts may follow suit.

Gosh, I hope they stay open. I really really need a place to buy $100 pajamas! All the 50+ year old engineers do too!

Went to O'Conner's and Monoco Prive this past weekend and both places were jumping - like seriously crowded even though there really isn't a big new hit movie or anything. Lots of foot traffic at Bridge Street this weekend - maybe just the warmer weather? I wonder if anyone is buying?

O'Conner's and Monoco certainly weren't hurting for business though - I feel sorry for anyone who tried to get into O'Conner's without a reservation.

And don't forget your $300+ fabric handbag to go with it. It is all the rage for engineers these days
