I've heard about a new dog park in Madison but can't find information about it. Anybody know where it is or when it opens?

Good - maybe it'll give the dog-walkers somewhere, instead my yard, to take their mutts to "do their thing".

I believe it's the new "Dog Spot" located in the new Creekwood Park. It's located at the end of the Indian Creek Greenway, off Slaughter Road. There has not been much publicity about it, but it's very nice, with benches and even dog water fountains.

Default Dog park in Madison

Yeah there's one that they just finished building (about 2 weeks ago) at the end of the new green way near Mill Creek Elementary. I take my pup there all the time! ^^

It officially opened on Thursday. It is on Balch Road between Browns Ferry and Mill Road.
