Just became a minimal TS again, though the NHC is suggesting it will regenerate further in more favorable conditions soon.

This to me seems pretty similar to Gaston - which they thought would become something impressive out there in the middle Atlantic but fizzled out. Then again, Igor is now a TS again so who knows.
